The Detroit Red Wings and Columbus Blue Jackets are right back at it again today. After the Blue Jackets took the first of the game of the back-to-back three to two here are your projected line-ups for tonight’s game:

    Columbus Blue Jackets head coach John Tortorella confirmed Elvis Merzlikins will start in goal tonight. Joonas Korpisalo will get the night off after having played last night. Also entering the line-up for the Blue Jackets will be 20-year-old Liam Foudy. He replaces Emil Bemstrom on the fourth line for the Blue Jackets. Columbus is also changing up their top two defense partners. Dylan Larkin’s best friend and sparring partner from Monday’s game Zach Werenski moves down to the second pair with David Savard. While Vladislav Gavrikov moves up to the top pair with Seth Jones.

    On January 18, 2021 before the game, the Detroit Red Wings announced that Robby Fabbri and Adam Erne were out due to COVID protocol. This put Frans Nielsen back in the game instead of a scratch and for the first time in 2021, the Red Wings used a Taxi Squad player in Michael Rasmussen.
